We aim to provide quality and affordable homes, working closely with Housing Associations and Registered Providers.

For example, there is currently demand for housing for 140,000 people with Learning Disabilties in England alone. 29,000 of which are living with parents over the age of 70 who require immediate placement. This figure is anticpated to increase by a further 138,000 over the next 15 years.

These figures demonstrate a significant requirement for suitably supported accommodation from both Local Authority provision and the private sector.

There is great demand for new and affordable housing which is the perfect climate for Westway Holdings to grow our property development business and share the success with our investors.
