A Balanced Portfolio
Westway Holdings is seeking to build a balanced portfolio between existing Supported Housing projects that will be cash generating immediately and acquiring and developing new sites. The current demand for Supported Housing is at an all time high, which is the perfect climate for Westway Holdings to grow our property development business.

Richard Birch | Director of Operations
Richard has extensive knowledge of the UK property market. Since 2003 he has developed and managed his own large portfolio, with particular knowledge and focus on the HMO (House of Multiple Occupation) sector. He brings years of experience of property lettings and management, refurbishment, and dealing with all local Authorities, Planners and Architects
Richard will be responsible for HMO strategy, sourcing and development of properties for Westway, evaluating each property against Westways business criteria, ensuring cash flow and yield are maximised.

Flynn Prevost | Property Management
Flynn will be assisting the property management division, helping to oversee refurbishment and renovations of the various projects we are currently preparing for market. Flynn has had a passion for property from a young age, studying Real Estate at Reading University, then going on to work in the pre-construction management team for Higgins Construction and Cavendish Commercial Finance.
His role included overseeing the procurement and costing process for various developments. Over time Flynn has built up a broad network of contacts within the property, construction and development sectors.
Martin Kelly | Compliance Officer
Martin has operated in the regulatory sphere since the late 80s when he started work with IMRO, a predecessor organisation to the FCA.
He has consulted on or managed the regulatory affairs of some of the world’s largest property and investment managers and has also designed and undertaken due-diligence exercises on behalf of investors into property and investment funds internationally. He has managed regulatory interventions and dispute resolution processes on behalf of investors, the regulator and as an expert witness.
In addition to specialist property investments, Martin has engaged with a broad spectrum of investment businesses including: Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Family Offices, Asset Managers, Pension Schemes, Corporate Financiers.
